Who can become a member of the Dolmen Club House?

A person must be 18 years of age or over with a primary mental health diagnosis.

A person must have the ability to safeguard themselves, be able to enter and leave the premises without causing injury to themselves or others.

Please Note: Due to limitations Dolmen Club House is not in a position to offer individual one to one support.

How to become a member?

A Person wishing to become a member must fill in a Dolmen Club House application form in full and are required to get their GP/Medical team/OT to sign and stamp the application.

By joining the Dolmen Club House, members automatically agree to adhere to the club's current code of conduct; failure to do so will prevent membership.

Please Note: Membership applications are not finalised until membership payment is made in full and approved by the manager.

Members can attend both clubs as part of their membership at no extra charge
